Description: This 76 acre nature reserve is part of the Cramahe Hill Beaches provincially significant earth science ANSI and contains beach sections of pre-historic Lake Iroquois. Here you will find meadow, climax hardwood forest,, a managed red pine forest, and the springs which form the headwaters of Marsh and Salt Creeks. In the mid-1800s the land was cleared for farming and used for pasture and crops. In the early 1970s, Cora Munn and her family bought the property and began a reforestation project that continued over the next 38 years.
