Home to a rare Ontario fen wetland and woodlands, this 304.7 acres ecologically rich area is now protected thanks to a partnership between Northumberland Land Trust and Ducks Unlimited Canada. Located along the south side of Highway 401, this reserve provides essential habitat for waterfowl and species-at risk. Fen wetlands also play a crucial role in global carbon storage, making them vital ecosystems to preserve. We’re proud to work together to protect this invaluable habitat for generations to come.
Due to the ecological sensitivity of the Biddy Creek Wetland it is not open to the public.
