This property was acquired in 2017 through a generous donation by Bill and Judy (McColl) Mills. The McColl Tract is 71 acres composed of undulating bands of coniferous and mixed forest, some of which were planted by the McColl family.

The McColl Nature Reserve was donated by Bill and Judy Mills (McColl) to the Lone Pine Land Trust in 2017. It is located on Old Wooler Road approximately 2 km east of Codrington. It consists of 68 acres of rolling hills straddling Cold Creek. Habitats found on the McColl Nature Reserve include the flowing stream, tree plantations, a grass and wildflower meadow and cool, moist cedar forest.
